For many Latina women and their families, generations
of poverty, social isolation and sexism have combined
to limit opportunities for empowerment and education.
We're on a mission to change that.
When a woman feels empowered, everything for her changes.
We believe that every Latina deserves to feel empowered,
to rise up, to have her voice be heard, and to lead.
We work to empower marginalized Latina women and their families
through education, enterprise and leadership opportunities.
Latina women and children benefit from adult education classes, the Chicas youth development program, early childhood education classes, and ESPERE training.
Leadership development is incorporated into all of our classes to ensure our future is full of strong Latina leaders.
Latina women and families are economically empowered through our small business and agriculture classes, our Farmers Market, CSA program and Nourish the Community project.
We serve more than 8,000 Latina women and family members in and around Washington County, Oregon each year, and we aren't stopping there.
We'll keep working until every woman and family is thriving. And you can help us get there.
